March 24, 2020
Hey Round Hill,

The staff and leaders are working hard to establish a new normal for church weekly life. We are making progress so keep an eye out for updates.

The next three Sundays (March 29, April 5, and April 12) we will continue to have the Sunday morning service online.

Remember we are not canceling church. You are the church! We are just changing our methods to fit our times. The mission is still the same. The Gospel needs to be proclaimed and demonstrated. We need to be always doing that.

Keep praying for our church to be effective in carrying out our mission. Pray for the Holy Spirit to use this time to bring baptisms and not funerals.

I miss seeing you,

March 17, 2020
This is an unprecedented time in our country. After consulting with staff and deacons we have decided to cancel all church activities from Tuesday, March 17 to Saturday, March 28.

The following changes to the calendar have been made
  • Due to the limitations for practice, the Children’s Choir performance, Shout Hosanna, and the Church Choir performance, The Power of the Cross, are postponed to another time.
  • Also, due to the anticipated large turnout, Movie Night scheduled for Saturday, April 4 is postponed.
This Sunday, March 22 we will have a service online at 11:00am. More information is coming on how you can login for online worship.
Join us online this Sunday and please continue to give faithfully as the church continues to work to minister to our community during this time.
Your tithe can be given online through your bank or mailed to:

Most importantly, this is a unique opportunity for us to spread the Gospel and show kindness to our community. Our desire as a church after this crisis is to have a baptism and no funerals. By limiting our meeting times, we are able to love our neighbors who are vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus. This crisis reminds our community that we are vulnerable and need a Savior. Pray for those you know who are living right now with no Gospel hope. Now maybe the time to talk to them about Jesus who has saved us from the great sickness of our souls.
The staff, deacons, and Sunday school teachers are available though we may not be physically present at the church. You can call or email Josh at 205-603-0266 or Staff and Chairman of Deacons contact information available in the bulletins.
