Lottie Moon Post Office Is Open for Business The Lottie Moon Post Office will accept Christmas cards that you would normally mail to families regularly attending Round Hill through Sunday, December 16. The GAs will hand deliver them for you. All we ask in return is that you give us the cost of postage – 50 cents per card. Please give your cards and donations to Lori Minter or Mindy Newkirk. The money we raise will support the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.
Christmas Tree of Caring Thank you to all who adopted family members from our Christmas Tree of Caring. Please remember to bring your gifts back to the church no later than Sunday, December 16.
Please wrap each gift, and put all the gifts in a bag (large bag to contain all gifts) for each member of the family marked with the number and name of that individual. You may drop them in the foyer by the Fellowship Hall. Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask Tina Rogers or Sandy Berry. Thank you for Caring this Christmas Season!!
Rejoicers Sing – December 16 The Rejoicers will sing for the 11:00am Worship Service on Sunday, December 16. We will warm up at 9:35am before Sunday School.
Sunday, December 16, at 6:00pm The Church Choir will present the musical “Behold! A Savior, Songs and Stories of His Birth!” in the sanctuary. This musical is a portrait of a promise and a portrait of the fulfillment of that promise. Scripture and dramatic first-hand accounts of the birth of Jesus are skillfully woven into beloved carols and original songs. Each monologue and song will take you on a journey — from the longing of Zechariah, the joy and acceptance of Mary, and the courage of Joseph to the accounts of the shepherds and wise men.
We will have a time of fellowship following the program in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring a finger food to share.
Senior Adults We invite all adults (55 and older) to join us on Friday, December 21, at Ledo Pizza in Colonial Beach at 11:00am. This will take the place of our usual potluck in the fellowship hall. We’d like to make a reservation by December 16 so please sign up at the bulletin board downstairs by the elevator or let Lori Minter or Traci Rongey know you are coming.
Monday, December 24, at 7:00pm – Christmas Eve Worship.
One Worship Service on December 30. On Sunday, December 30, we will have one combined worship service at 11:00am in the fellowship hall preceded by Sunday School at 9:45am.
