Round Hill Baptist values worshipping the living God as revealed in the perfect Word of God, the Bible. We desire to create and nurture disciples of Jesus Christ, the son of God, which we believe leads to transformed individuals to do justice, love, mercy, and walk humbly with the living God.

We believe that there is only one living and true God who is an intelligent, spiritual and personal Being and who created, redeems, preserves and rules the universe. The eternal God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son and Holy Spirit with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence or being. (Genesis 1:1; Exodus 3:14; Matthew 6:9; Acts 1:7)

Salvation involves the redemption of man-kind and is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We are transformed into His righteousness by His own blood that He shed on the cross. There is no salvation apart from a personal, trusting relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
John 3:16 -21 (CSB)
16 For God loved the world in this way:[a] He gave[b] his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Anyone who believes in him is not condemned, but anyone who does not believe is already condemned,because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God. 19 This is the judgment: The light has come into the world, and people loved darkness rather than the light because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone who does evil hates the light and avoids it,[c] so that his deeds may not be exposed. 21 But anyone who lives by[d] the truth comes to the light, so that his works may be shown to be accomplished by God.”
Round Hill Baptist Church recognizes the need to partner with like-minded churches for the Gospel to advance in our community, our state, our nation, and the world. Therfore we partner with the Southern Baptist Convention, Southern Baptist Convention of Virginia, and the Baptist General Association of Virginia. Through these partnerships we pray for, financially support, and participate with over 3500 international missionaires, 11,000 church plants (since 2010), disater relief ministries, military chaplains, and more.
We also affirm the 1925, 1963, and 2000 Baptist Faith and Message that articulates the teachings of Scripture. We agree with each update because we believe that each edition only clarifies what the previous edition was affirming.
